Shipping Policy
We have a range of shipping options to suit your needs. We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), next day shipping (1pm next day order by 3pm). Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tash's Boutique.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us at tashboutique1@outlook.com within fourteen days of receipt, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be authorised before sending to the return address. Contact via email only, please.

We accept returns for regular priced "Ready To Dispatch" items only.
Use a tracked delivery service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may be subject to deductions if items are not returned in original packaging. Tags must be attached for refund eligibility.

Defects, marks, stains, damage, or odors indicating wear will result in non-acceptance of return.

Allow up to 14 working days for refund processing after we receive your return. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 working days to appear in your account.
For hygiene reasons, Hijabs (scarves) or Hijab caps are not eligible for return/exchange.

Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund/exchange.
Exchange
Care
As our garments are delicate in nature, we would suggest that they are very gently hand washed only (we do not accept responsibility for any damage caused during washing/drying) - do NOT dry clean/tumble dry or wash with other garments.

To rid creases they should be very gently hand steamed (using a low powered/low heat setting hand steamer).
